Our partnership with The Galleria Al Maryah Island, a most coveted destination in Abu Dhabi, began 3 years ago with a broad mission: to support and optimize their Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation. We began by focusing on smoother operations and addressing our client’s immediate needs. Fast-forward to today, that initial support contract blossomed into a full-scale, multi-cloud transformation that redefines how the mall operates and engages with its customers.
Today, we support:
•Sales: Streamline commitments and Tenders management with complex approval matrix.
•Service: Managing customers' and tenants’ feedback through various channels, ensuring the mall's clients receive outstanding service and experience.
•Experience Cloud:
o B2B: We created a Tenant Portal to manage tenants' day-to-day activities, including permits, memos, cases and more.
o B2C: A portal for mall visitors was created and shared via Salesforce Mobile Publisher, providing access to shops, locations, events and more.
•Data Cloud: Drive data driven insights and decision-making.
•Marketing Cloud: Refining and enhancing the strategy for customer segmentation and customer lifetime value, ensuring a unified customer view. All event registrations, newsletters, and marketing campaigns, seamlessly managed through Marketing Cloud to optimize engagement and personalization.
